Today

A Foundry Anvil node produces blocks every 3 seconds behind an RPC gateway. State is saved periodically and may be reset during development. Settlement to another chain comes with the Orbit stage.

Target

• Execution: Arbitrum Orbit with Nitro and a sequencer.
• Parent: Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), first on Robinhood Chain Testnet (46630).
• Settlement: Ethereum, through Robinhood Chain.
• Gas token: not decided; ETH or a compatible ERC-20.

RHL3 will be called an L3 only once parent contracts are deployed and batches are posted to Robinhood Chain. The status page will show the change.

Assets

Robinhood Chain assets do not exist on RHL3 automatically. They would arrive through a canonical bridge representation, and a token is never treated as the same asset because the name or ticker matches.
